Welcome! There’s a first time for everything.
There’s no “right” way to explore pleasure. Go at your own pace and have fun with it.

Are your vibrators waterproof?
Some of our pleasure products are waterproof, but this can vary between products. Always check the individual product description and care instructions before taking your new favourite friend into the shower.
How do I clean my vibrator?
Keep it simple! Clean your toy before and after use according to its care instructions, and make sure it is completely dry before storing it away.
And yes… cleaning your toys is part of the self-care routine too.
Do I need to use lubricant?
Not always, but a little extra comfort can make all the difference. Every woman’s body is different, and natural moisture can change depending on your cycle, hormones, stress, medications or simply the day.

How should I store my pleasure products?
Once clean and completely dry, store them somewhere cool, dry and private.
Our handy velvet bags that come with every intimate product, are perfect for storing your new best friend.
Bedside drawer? Perfect. Certainly, somewhere the kids definitely won’t find them. Highly recommended.
Can I buy Good Vibes products as a gift?
Please do! Our products make gorgeous gifts for birthdays, bridal parties, girls’ weekends, new mums who desperately need some “me time”, or simply because someone deserves a little extra love.
And yes, buying yourself a gift absolutely counts.
How do I charge my vibrator?
Charging instructions can vary between products, so check the instructions included with your toy before use.
We recommend giving your new friend a full charge before your first date.
And remember to unplug your new friend when it is fully charged.
Will anyone know what I ordered?
Not from us.
